What if there is an error in the prints I receive?
If there is an error in or damage to your order please email danh@dthomasgallery.com so the order may be corrected and/or replaced. Please include the order number as well as a detailed description in the email.
What’s your return policy?
Returns for damaged or inaccurate prints are available for 20 days after delivery. If there is an issue with your order please contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue quickly.
Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?
Unfortunately at this time we are only shipping within the United States. If demand increases for oversees shipping we will add international shipping.
What are your print option?
Deep Matte Paper: True non-reflective matte paper great for skin tones, soft images, and black & whites. Ultra-smooth and soft to the touch with slightly subdued colors.
Pearl Paper: Rich in color and quality, this paper has a very reflective, high-gloss finish with a pearlescent appearance.
Gallery Wraps: Beautifully handcrafted canvas artwork that makes a statement in any setting.
Acrylic Prints: Using fine art quality Glossy inkjet prints and crystal clear acrylic, Acrylic Prints provide exceptional detail reproduction for all types of photography, including portraits and landscapes.
